The 4400TAU TempAssure upgrade kit will improve any converter replacement such as our RU series, 4400, 5300, 5400, or 8300 series Parallax converter system without the "TC" option by adding the TempAssure module and sensor cable. This upgrade allows the converter to provide a temperature-compensated charging voltage that adjusts charge voltage based on battery temperature. The 4400TAU TempAssure upgrade kit works on all deck mount, all-in-one, and converter replacement models in the converter series stated above to provide a temperature compensated charge voltage and is recommended for all battery types.
