Dicor’s EPDM Roof Cleaner/Activator is Part 1 of a two-part coating system. The Cleaner/Activator cleans and prepares EPDM roofing for maximum adhesion of Dicor’s EPDM Roof Acrylic Coating. Simply spray on and rinse off thoroughly. In addition, the 2-part coating system: Extends the life of your EPDM rubber roof, Saves more than 25 percent in labor compared to competing products, Has a 1 quart to 125 square feet coverage rate, Dries quickly, and Contains no harmful petroleum distillates, harsh abrasives or citric ingredients that can cause irreparable harm. The entire project must be completed in one day; including cleaner/activator application, rinsing and 2 coats of acrylic coating, each dry to the touch. Dicor's Acrylic Coating Part 2 (RP-CRC-1) and Signature Extended Life Silicone Coating Part 2 (RP-SELRC-1 & RP-SELRCT-1) are sold separately.
